Bayside's Stealth Servo Gearmotors feature high torque in a compact package, with quick delivery and pricing typically 20% less than competitive offerings. They are plug and play compatable with all top drive manufacturers. Stealth Servo Gearmotors have large output bearings for high radial loads and anodized aluminum housings to handle harsh environments. With high density copper windings and rare-earth magnets, you can expect maximum torque and efficiency.
Skewed laminations with odd slot counts reduce cogging and the duplex angular contact bearing ensures optimum motor assembly stiffness. Modular encoders, resolvers and brakes are offered standard without increasing package size. For a wide range of torques and speeds, the gearmotors have two winding options, single or double stack motors and multiple gear ratios. The single piece constuction of the rotor and sun gear guarantees alignment for smooth operation. The Stealth Helical Planetary Output provides high torques, low backlash and quiet, reliable perforamnce. The design is optimized to run 20% cooler than a separate motor/gearhead assembly. |
